UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal 

The UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal is the central hub for doing business with us. It offers several digital tools to help you find member- and plan-related information, determine benefits and eligibility, and check the status of and submit prior authorizations, claims, reconsiderations and appeals.

 

Access our secure portal 24/7 from any page on UHCprovider.com by selecting Sign In at the top-right corner and entering your One Healthcare ID.

My Practice Profile

My Practice Profile allows you to submit updates to your demographic data and complete the quarterly attestation, confirming the accuracy of the information. To sign in, go to UHCprovider.com and click on the Sign In button at the top-right corner. Select Practice Management from the top menu bar, then select My Practice Profile. 

 

 

PreCheck MyScript

PreCheck MyScript® provides real-time, patient-specific prescription data. To access, visit, UHCprovider.com and Sign In at the top-right corner. Select Clinical & Pharmacy in the menu, then PreCheck MyScript.

 

 

Referrals

We accept retroactive referrals within 5 calendar days of the first specialist visit. You can use the Referrals tool in the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal to submit referrals. To access Referrals, visit UHCprovider.com and Sign In at the top-right corner. Then, select Referrals from the top bar.

Our Healthcare Professional Education and Training page is your source for on-demand education created specifically for UnitedHealthcare providers. It gives you in-depth information and meaningful updates from UnitedHealthcare 24/7 and can be accessed from any device.

If you bill for services provided to HealthChoice Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) recipients, you must enroll in the electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP).  

 

CAHPS® member experience survey

The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) presentation includes general information about the annual member experience survey administered to select members.

Prescription Drug Monitoring Program

The Prescription Drug Monitoring Program  requires care providers who prescribe controlled dangerous substances to register for Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) to review PDMP data. Complete your CRISP registration.
