Make a difference in a child’s life

Overwhelming medical costs can be extremely stressful for families. That’s why the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) offers grants to help families cover their child’s medical expenses.

Grants are available for children who have recently undergone treatment or will be undergoing treatment in 2024. If you have a patient who needs care, but the family also needs help covering the cost, encourage them to apply by Dec. 30, 2023.

UHCCF grant eligibility guidelines

• Patients must be ages 0-17
• Patients are not required to have health insurance through UnitedHealthcare
• Patients must have primary coverage through a commercial health plan
